Shipping Policy

We process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible after payment confirmation.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner availability and other logistical factors.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS or WhatsApp.

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, logistics or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur.

Sale & Promotional Items

Products purchased during sales, promotional campaigns, clearance events or with special discounts are not eligible for return, refund or exchange, unless the product received is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Exchange Policy

Returns/exchanges are only accepted if the customer receives a genuinely damaged, defective, or incorrect product due to a manufacturing/packing error from our end.

To Request an Exchange

Please follow these steps:

1. Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

2. Share clear photographs and/or an unboxing video showing the issue.

3. Provide your order number and relevant details.

4. Our team will review and verify your request before approving the exchange.

Exchange Conditions

• Returns/exchanges are only accepted if the customer receives a genuinely damaged, defective, or incorrect product due to a manufacturing/packing error from our end.

Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure that your jewellery reaches you in the best possible condition.

Jewellery Variations & Natural Characteristics

At Miraah, many pieces are thoughtfully designed with intricate details, textures, finishes and craftsmanship.

Minor variations in colour, texture, finish, shape or detailing may occur due to the nature of the materials and craftsmanship. Such variations are natural characteristics of jewellery and should not be considered manufacturing defects.

These natural characteristics are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

Care During Unboxing

We recommend opening your package carefully upon delivery and keeping the original packaging until you have inspected your jewellery.

If you notice any damage, defect or incorrect item, please take clear photographs and/or record an unboxing video before altering, wearing or using the product.

This helps our team verify the issue and assist you more efficiently.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

For Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancellation and refund eligibility will be governed by the applicable Partial COD Terms & Conditions.
